Professional insurance-focused cost recovery support for fire departments, EMS agencies, rescue teams, fire districts, municipalities, and public safety organizations.
We Recover.
Owned by: Veteran & First Responder Professionals Committed To Public Safety Sustainability.
Recover eligible response costs without compromising public trust.
Emergency response is expensive. Many departments absorb costs from motor vehicle collisions, hazardous materials incidents, technical rescues, commercial incidents, standby operations, and fire suppression responses. ResQ Revenue LLC helps agencies identify and recover eligible reimbursement funds while keeping the department in control.
Maximum Recovery
We help identify potentially recoverable incidents and available reimbursement opportunities approved by the agency.
Zero Financial Risk
Our standard structure is contingency-based. No recovery means no recovery fee.
You Stay in Control
Your agency controls the data, the process, billable incident categories, exclusions, and reimbursement decisions.
What We Do
We handle the administrative recovery work so your crews can stay focused on response, readiness, training, documentation, and service delivery.
Incident Review
We review authorized incident records to identify potentially recoverable events based on agency-approved categories.
Claim Support
We prepare, submit, track, and support reimbursement claims tied to eligible responses and available documentation.
Documentation Guidance
We help departments improve incident narratives and documentation practices that support reimbursement eligibility.
Recovery Tracking
We maintain claim status, reimbursement tracking, payment reconciliation, and reporting support for agency leadership.
Board-Friendly Process
Recovered funds are paid directly to the agency. ResQ Revenue LLC invoices after successful recovery.
Secure Access
When authorized, we use limited access, report exports, or approved workflows to review ESO, FirstDue, CAD, RMS, or related records.

Common Questions
Will residents be directly billed?
No. Under our standard soft-billing model, residents, taxpayers, citizens, and individual patients are not directly billed unless specifically authorized in writing by the client agency.
Who decides what incidents are billable?
The client agency does. ResQ Revenue LLC may provide recommendations, but the agency retains final authority over eligible incidents, excluded categories, and billing restrictions.
How does ResQ Revenue get paid?
Our standard structure is contingency-based. Recovered funds are paid directly to the agency, and ResQ Revenue LLC invoices the agency only after funds are successfully recovered.
Do you need access to our incident reporting software?
We need reasonable access to the information required to identify and support eligible claims. This may include individual user access, report exports, PDFs, CAD data, reimbursement reports, or other approved methods.
Do you guarantee reimbursement?
No. Recovery depends on insurance coverage, responsible party information, applicable law, agency authorization, and documentation quality.
Are you HIPAA-aware?
Yes. Where PHI or EMS records are involved, we use privacy and confidentiality safeguards and can execute a Business Associate Agreement when required.
